Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing on Arkada Online you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms may change; continued play means you accept the update.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion, especially where the rules below are broken.
3. Fair play
Cheats, hacks, third-party automation outside the in-game helper, exploits, and abuse of bugs are prohibited. Violations may lead to muting, suspension, or a permanent ban without refund.
4. WCoin & virtual items
WCoin and all in-game items are a limited license to use virtual content on our server. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable off-server.
5. Payments & refunds
WCoin purchases are processed securely by Stripe and delivered to your account immediately, so they are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
6. Conduct
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, advertising, and sharing others' personal information are not allowed in game or on our channels. Staff decisions on enforcement are final.
7. Service availability
Arkada Online is a private server provided "as is", without warranty. Uptime is not guaranteed and events, rates, and features may change. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Webzen; MU is a trademark of its respective owner.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. Provisions on virtual items, payments, and liability survive termination.
